If you're seeking a deeper understanding of the world's wine styles and regions, WSET Level 2 offers an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge.
This course is designed to help you attain the following skills by the end of WSET Level 2:
Recognize the primary grape varieties cultivated globally and the different styles produced from them, including sparkling and fortified wine.
Interpret label information to comprehend a wine's quality and style.
Understand general wine cultivation and winemaking techniques.
Refine your tasting skills using WSET's Level 2 Systematic Approach to Wine Tasting (SAT).
To acquire this certification, a minimum of 29 hours of study time is required, which includes:
17 hours of instruction time with a WSET course provider, either in a classroom or online.
12 hours of self-study and review.
Assessment: A 1 hour closed-book examination comprised of 50 multiple-choice questions will be scheduled online at the end of the course

Course materials may be picked up 1 week after registration at The Vineyard Wine Market during business hours or mailed to you for a small additional fee.
Optional Tasting Kits of 30 wines will be available for $200.
Tasting Kits will be available for pick-up in 2 sets at The Vineyard Wine Market during business hours. The first set will be available starting on March 4th 2024, the second set will be available starting on April 1st. Tasting Kits may not be shipped per Georgia Law. All kits are bottled using a preservation method and will retain freshness through length of course.
